Wisdom and Sense that's NOT so common..

King Solomon was the main contributor towards the books of Proverbs. Accurately known as the wisest man to ever live, GOD tells HIM in 1 Kings 3 " ...Because thou has asked this thing, and hast not asked for thyself long life; nor riches or the lives of your enemies; but has asked for understanding and to discern judgment; Behold I have done according to thy words: I have given thee a wise and understanding heart. So that there was none like you before and neither shall any arise after thee." But it gets better! Because of Solomon's prayer that requested wisdom only,  GOD also blessed him with riches and honor. King Solomon was further instructed that if He obeyed GOD's laws and commands, HE would "lengthen his days." **Is this not just like Ephesians 3:20 where Paul references GOD's prayer answering tendencies as: "...unto Him that is able to do exceedingly abundantly above that we ask or think..."?** These are Words of Wisdom from Prov...

Jesus the Foundation

The following verses are so important to our walk with Christ. Meditate on these verses & read them for yourselves. 1 Corinthians 3:11-15 11: For other foundations can no man lay than that is laid, which is of Jesus Christ. 12. Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; 13. Every man's work shall be made manifest; for the day shall declare it because it will be revealed by fire . And the fire shall try every man's work.. 14. If any man's work endures, he shall receive a reward. 15. If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as through fire. Pray on these scriptures and ask God to reveal its application to your life. God Bless, Chrissy

GOOD MORNING :)

The steadfast love of the LORD never ceases, HIS mercies never come to an end. They are new every morning, new every morning. Great is thy faithfulness -- Oh LORD...Great is thy faithfulness. Such a beautiful and true song on this AM. Find some reason to give HIM praise and do it often. Let HIS praises continually stay in your mouth. Chrissy

True Freedom

Are you free? How do you know if you are? If you're not, how can you be? John 8:36 36 If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed. As a believer of Christ, our freedom depends on different things than those who are not believers. What does this mean? It simply means that because we "walk by faith and not by sight (2 COR 5:7)," we don't have the same definition of freedom as some others would. Freedom as a believer involves the freedom from bondage, strongholds, sickness, diseases, and sin! Paul gives an excellent explanation about the struggle between man and sin and bondage in the book of Romans and throughout his letters to the churches. But most importantly, he explains our freedom in Christ. Our ability, unlike before, to overcome and flee sin. But if we don't feed our spirits with the WORD and all we do is concentrate on the sin -- whatever it may be -- we can never be free. ROMANS 6:11-13 11. Likewise, reckon ye also yourselves...

Testing 1..

Trials and tribulations are what I call "rites of passages" on this Earth. As a follower of Christ, you will automatically have to withstand trials and things that are unpleasant -- for the purpose of trying your faith. Our reactions during trials are what set us apart. Many people come to Christ but as soon as the trials come, they leave His side. This is no mystery -- not all are worthy of the inheritance set aside for Christ's children. Plain and simple.  In the book of 1st Samuel we see that David endured trial after trial -- almost continuously. King David was an adulterer, a murderer, and he did not always act like a great representative of the Most High. Yet, God calls Him a "friend of God." When Saul disobeyed God's commands, the anointing placed on him when he was crowned king left. Our disobedience can & does separate us from the anointing that God has for our lives. As a follower of Christ, you have a ministry and a gift that you can only fu...
